Join us for a powerful Full Moon Circle under the lunar eclipse in Purva Bhadrapada—a star of intensity, wisdom, and endings that clear the way for transformation. This lunar moment calls us to release karmic baggage, honor our ancestors, and step courageously into the unknown.

Together we will:

• Explore the meaning of Purva Bhadrapada—the fierce star of the fire altar.

• Practice grounding movement, mantra, and breathwork to navigate eclipse energy.

• Enter a sound bath to soothe and recalibrate our nervous systems.

• Share circle intentions, prayers, and ritual for release and renewal.

This circle also marks the opening weekend of our Ayurvedic Tantrik Yoga Teacher Training—a moment of initiation, where community, lineage, and practice converge.
